We had a BBQ at our house for the committee and drew the winner of the kayaks. It was Sandra Osgood. We gave her a call and she was very excited. She picked them up a few days later at work.

Yarmouth Fire hosted another carwash for us. This is a great location to have it. We are able to wash cars inside the bays. When the carwash was over I tried to get everyone to go for pizza but nobody wanted to go with me. So I decided to go home. When I arrived I found out why nobody would go out with me it’s because they were all at my house for a surprise birthday party for me. We had a great time and the new house was christened.

This was a great day for me and a huge milestone. I turned 40!!!! I got up and was showered with gifts from Amy and Annie that included tickets to a Red Sox Game in July.

We held our annual Skate Night at the New Gloucester Fairgrounds. The weather this year just did not cooperate for this kind of activity. The ice was not completely frozen but we had fun. Glen came with this famous hamburgers and hot dogs. We also started an Avon fundraiser that included a raffle.

This weekend we were at the Windham Rotary Fishing Derby with Party-Time USA. Glenn made delicious grilled pineapple and ice cream to sell along with coffee and hot chocolate. This was not a great year for the derby because of the condition of the ice.
St. Gregory’s Youth Ministry

St. Gregory’s Youth Ministry held a spaghetti dinner followed by a coffeehouse. There were several musical performers with lots of great talent. It was a great night filled with lots of fun. The youth ministry also has an on going bottle drive for us.
