September 9-11, I went to Houlton for the Annual Maine State Federation Firefighter’s Convention. I was the guest speaker for the banquet this year. I was able to tell my story to the whole state!

Third Trip to NYC

On August 28th we headed back to NYC and this time Annie came along. I was a great experience for her to learn where Daddy is going and what the hospital looks like. She loved the city and is ready to go back anytime. The doctor’s said my status has not changed and that is good.

One Pitch Softball Tournament

On August 13th we held a one pitch softball tournament. A total of 9 teams participated. I played on the fire department team (the hosebeaters). It was a very hot day and it was very hard to play. PartyTime USA cooked a great meal for us and Scotty made his famous root beer floats.
